Vic Solar fined $3m for unconscionable conduct

Further to our report in February, Federal Court has imposed a $3m fine on Vic Solar for its unconscionable door to door sales tactics in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Unfortunately, Vic Solar has now entered voluntary administration and is currently under a Deed of Company Agreement (DOCA).
